With the purchase and opening of the new dm drugstore in Lemgo, AIF Capital Group has reached an important milestone: The investment phase of the Anspar Flex Fund 2 has thus been successfully completed.
The new building offers optimal conditions for successful operation on a sales area of around 820 square metres. On the 1,503 square metre site, customers and residents benefit from a common infrastructure with the EDEKA store, which has already been in the portfolio and established since 2022. A total of 115 car and 44 bicycle parking spaces are available.
“With this property, we have taken on a good addition to the portfolio,” explains Andre Göpfert: “The location in the economically strong region of East Westphalia-Lippe and the addition of the dm store to EDEKA offer ideal conditions for providing value contributions for investors.”
The project was implemented in close cooperation with Ten Brinke. Asset and property management will be handled by the Ten Brinke companies PIER Investment Partner and Aston Ten Brinke. The central location and the sustainable usage concept underline the fund’s high quality standards.
The anchor tenant dm-Drogeriemarkt is considered a reliable partner with a strong market position in the German retail sector. The investment not only secures the local supply in Brake, but also lays the foundation for long-term stable earnings.
