Goldbeck Parking Services GmbH, which specialises in the management and revitalisation of parking properties, has received two new contracts in Mainz’s upper town: They manage a total of around 740 parking spaces – in the underground car park of the Kupferbergterrasse and in Trajanstraße. The client is Quantum Immobilien AG. The Hamburg-based project developer and investment manager is one of the long-standing customers of Goldbeck Parking Services. With these two mandates, Goldbeck’s Parking Services are active in the Rhineland-Palatinate state capital for the first time and are expanding their presence there.
The underground car park in the listed Kupferbergterrasse offers space for a total of 515 vehicles on four parking levels, while the underground car park in Trajanstraße has around 225 parking spaces on two levels. In the building complex above, the Leonardo Hotel Mainz and several specialist practices are located. Thanks to their proximity to Mainz’s old town and city centre, both park properties are suitable for both long-term and short-term parkers.
New parking technology and more parking comfort in Mainz’s underground car parks
Modern parking handling systems including automatic number plate recognition were installed in both properties. Goldbeck Parking Services offer an automated parking process for greater convenience and an optimized parking experience for parking customers in both underground car parks.
