NAI apollo has successfully advised Trei Real Estate GmbH on the sale of the Stadtgalerie Königstein in Königstein im Taunus. The buyer is Slate Asset Management, a global real estate and infrastructure investor with a focus on local supply properties.
Attractive local shopping centre in a premium location
The Stadtgalerie Königstein is centrally located in Königstein im Taunus, one of the cities with the highest purchasing power in Germany, and was built in 2007. The modern local shopping centre comprises a lettable area of around 4,500 m² as well as over
200 parking spaces in the underground car park. The property is fully let and is characterised by an attractive mix of tenants. The main tenants are REWE and ALDI Süd, supplemented by other service and retail tenants.
