ADCURA Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH, which specialises in healthcare service providers, was looking for modern, central office space for its headquarters in Berlin-Charlottenburg. Aengevelt provided the company, which is part of the ETL Group network, Germany’s leading tax consulting group, with comprehensive support in the search and brokered a long-term lease agreement in the office property “Steinplatz 2” in a very good location in Berlin’s City West. The landlord of the property with a total of approx. 7,400 m² of rental space is TETRIS Grundbesitz AG. ADCURA Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH will relocate its headquarters within City West here next year.
