REALOGIS, Germany’s leading consulting firm for industrial and logistics real estate, has brokered around 12,730 m² in a commercial complex around 12 km east of Leipzig. The owner of the new building, which will be completed in 2025, is the Hillwood Group.
The new user of the property will be Salcar GmbH, an internationally active e-commerce company. In addition to around 10,570 m² of hall space, the company has leased around 550 m² of office space and 1,250 m² of mezzanine space on a long-term basis. Salcar is thus pursuing the goal of merging several existing locations in and around Leipzig into one central location.
The property has a total lettable area of around 26,200 m². Currently, potential tenants still have around 9,200 m² of hall space at their disposal. The hall in the east of Leipzig is well connected in terms of transport and is clearly visible from the A14 motorway, which is only three kilometres away.
