New tenant in Bad Hersfeld: Periscope Logistics leases new logistics building to LINOVAG LADENBAU (EDEKA network)
The Periscope Logistics Fund has signed a long-term lease agreement with LINOVAG LADENBAU GmbH. The contract covers a new building of around 10,000 m² in size, ESG-compliant, which is being built on the site “Berliner Straße 1 in Bad Hersfeld (Hesse)”. The property is already the second new development on the site.
The location impresses with its excellent infrastructure: Located directly on the A4, all major economic regions of Germany can be reached within three to four hours – Frankfurt am Main in only about 1.5 hours. A bus stop directly on the property also provides a convenient connection to Bad Hersfeld train station.
With the planned new building, the more than 200,000 m² site will now be further developed in a targeted manner.

With the new building, the company is expanding its existing location in Bad Hersfeld and strengthening its regional presence. The lease was concluded on a long-term basis. CBRE GmbH acted as an intermediary company in the transaction.
