Quantum is leasing around 5,700 m² of office space in P1 in Berlin to the international advertising service provider and media group Publicis. Colliers brokered the rental. The move-in is planned for December 2026.
Quantum has leased around 5,700 m² of office space in a central city centre location in Berlin’s P1 project. The Publicis Group is expected to move into the space in December 2026. After Quantum took over the construction site of P1 in autumn 2024 for a club of professional pension funds from Berlin and was commissioned with its completion, progress is continuing. By the beginning of 2027, the Hamburg-based project developer and investment manager will be realising a mix of modern and high-quality office and retail space in City West opposite KaDeWe. The plans provide for extensive terraces and roof gardens as well as an underground car park with over 500 car parking spaces and 50 e-charging stations.
“We are pleased to have won such a renowned media company as Publicis as a long-term tenant for our P1,” says Daniel J. Gedack, Managing Director of Quantum.
“We have been looking exclusively for suitable space for Publicis over a longer period of time. After an intensive examination of over 70 properties, we have identified the optimal solution with the P1. The building combines a top location, modern working environments and high-quality infrastructure. The successful completion underlines that we know the Berlin market inside out and can consolidate it,” says Christian Leska, Head of Business Development & Office Letting at Colliers in Berlin.
