GTU Mobility, a renowned, family-run engineering firm with a nationwide presence, specialising in technical and planning services in the areas of infrastructure and transport, has leased 4,300 m² of office space in Hanover. GTU Mobility is expected to move into its new headquarters in the former headquarters of the insurance company HDI at Riethorst 2 from the middle of next year. At the time of the lease, the owner of the office building, which covers a total of almost 22,600 m², was a company of the Talanx Group, represented by Ampega Asset Management GmbH. Apart from the 4,300 m² that GTU Mobility has secured, other space is currently still available in the building.
JLL advised GTU Mobility and brokered the lease. BNP-Investor & Asset Advisory advised the landlord side as part of a landlord representation mandate.
