Goldbeck Property Services, part of the construction and services company Goldbeck, which operates throughout Europe, is taking over five new properties from the Hamburg-based project developer and investment manager Quantum in property management – including the Heinrich Campus in Düsseldorf and the Königsteiner Höfe in Königstein im Taunus.
In Düsseldorf, Goldbeck Property Services is taking on the mandate for the property management of the Heinrich Campus, an office property built in 2022 in the Derendorf district. The building has six floors and a total lettable area of around 41,200 square metres.
The Königsteiner Höfe in Königstein im Taunus is a quarter built in 2025 with over 11,000 square meters of space, consisting of seven residential buildings, a commercial property and an underground car park. In addition to the 75 apartment tenants, there is an organic supermarket from Alnatura, two medical practices, a hearing aid studio and a daycare center on site. All buildings are designed as energy-efficient houses and meet the KfW 55 standard.
