Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate (BHRE) has recorded a decisive letting success in the Skyline Tower, part of the THE SKYLINE building ensemble in Parkstadt Schwabing. The B2B provider memox is moving into a total of 1,700 m² in the 23-storey office high-rise. “With memox, we are gaining a tenant who complements the striking tower of THE SKYLINE with a high-quality and future-oriented usage concept. The offer strengthens the location in the long term and specifically addresses companies that are looking for professional conditions for cooperation, exchange and events,” says Stefan Bögl, COO of BHRE.
New event concept above the rooftops of Munich
The company memox, founded in Switzerland in 2014, will operate high-quality meeting, workshop and conference space as well as a catering area in the Skyline Tower in the future. As early as February, the concept will initially be available to the first customers on a temporary space in the building. From autumn, the company will then open the upper floors of the Skyline Tower with additional rooms and special event options. A central element of the new location is the Sky Bar on the 20th floor, which is designed as a bistro, meeting place and event space.
“Good cooperation does not happen by chance. It needs places that enable focus, create trust and bring people together. The Skyline Tower combines precisely these qualities: a well-known Munich address, excellent accessibility and an extraordinary sense of space with impressive visual axes,” says Erik Nocht, Head of Business Development & Real Estate at memox. “It quickly became clear to us that we wanted to implement our memox concept here in Munich.”
Skyline Tower combines classic office space and contemporary use
With the arrival of memox, the Skyline Tower will be further positioned as a lively, multifunctional location that sensibly complements classic office working environments and integrates new forms of use. “The concept of memox fits perfectly with the profile of the Skyline Tower. The combination of conferencing, event spaces and gastronomic offerings further enhances the building and increases the attractiveness of the entire location for tenants and users alike,” says Hajo Kruppa, Senior Leasing Manager at Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate.
Currently, office space is still available in the Skyline Tower.
