Peper & Söhne, a project developer with a focus on logistics and light industrial real estate, has sold a third-party logistics property with a proportion of office and social space in Thiendorf off-market to LIP Invest GmbH. The property has around 11,400 m² of rental space on a plot of approx. 68,500 m² and is leased on a long-term basis to the parcel service provider Hermes Germany GmbH. The property is certified with DGNB Gold. Both parties have agreed not to disclose the sale price.
