REALOGIS Immobilien Frankfurt GmbH (REALOGIS), part of Germany’s leading REALOGIS Group for industrial and logistics real estate as well as commercial properties, has successfully let a unit of around 2,220 m² in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg. The area is part of a logistics property with a total of around 9,575 m² of usable space. REALOGIS has been exclusively commissioned by M7 Real Estate to lease the property.
The new user of the commercial property at Im Weiherfeld 11–15 is Sovereign Network GmbH, a specialist in transport and transhipment for courier, transport and logistics companies. Sovereign will move into around 1,850 m² of hall space and around 350 m² of office space. The rented unit includes 22 car parking spaces. The new location serves to expand business activities at Frankfurt Airport, where the company already has a branch in Cargo City South.
