magna asset management AG has added 104 new-build apartments in Frankfurt-Gallus to the portfolio of the special AIF MAGNA Wohnen 01 and handed them over to the tenants. This marks the completion of a construction project that magna asset management AG had acquired as a forward deal.
The residential complex was built as a KfW 55 efficiency house. In addition to 6,128 square metres of living space, the complex includes 63 underground parking spaces. The location benefits from its proximity to the financial district, the main train station and good connections to the airport.
