The international law firm Cleary Gottlieb is relocating its Cologne office to Sedanstraße 10-16. In the “Greenhub Cologne” office building, which is currently being modernized, the company has rented almost 2,500 m² of office space. The move from neighboring Theodor-Heuss-Ring 9 is planned for the end of this year. The owner is a private investor. JLL represents the landlord in the marketing of the property on an exclusive basis. At the same time, JLL Cleary advised Gottlieb and brokered the lease.
