Real estate investor CONREN Land has received WiredScore certifications for two of its Frankfurt office buildings – ML61 (Mainzer Landstraße 61) and AYR (Solmsstraße 83) – as well as for the M2O property (Kaiserleistraße 8 + 8a) in Offenbach. The award is further proof of the high digital performance and future viability of the CONREN portfolio.
While the ML61 and the M2O were awarded WiredScore Gold, the AYR was able to confirm WiredScore Platinum status in the course of the recertification. The certifications underline the modern digital infrastructure, the high level of reliability and the excellent connectivity of the locations – factors that are becoming increasingly important in view of hybrid working models and technology-oriented company locations.
The ML61 comprises around 5,300 m² of flexibly usable rental space and has high-performance digital equipment that ensures a high level of connectivity and access to a wide range of network operator services. As early as February 2025, the building received DGNB Gold certification for its high level of user comfort and excellent building quality.
The M2O offers around 14,000 m² of office space and is characterised by a photovoltaic system, e-mobility services in the underground car park and a representative lobby. The digital infrastructure meets the latest standards and includes high-performance fiber optic and IT structures. In June 2025, the property was also awarded DGNB Gold.
The AYR has around 20,000 m² of office space. Among other things, redundant fiber-optic connections, diversified building entrances, high reliability and excellent mobile coverage ensure a particularly robust digital infrastructure. In addition, free Wi-Fi is available to users in the common areas. The building already had BREEAM certification.
“The awards confirm the consistent implementation of our digital strategy. For us, a high-performance digital infrastructure is a central quality factor in modern working environments. With the three WiredScore certifications, we underline our claim to offer technology-oriented companies future-proof office locations with real added value,” says Marc Nickel, Managing Director at CONREN Land.
The certifications are an expression of CONREN Land’s claim to think about digital infrastructure at an early stage and to implement it as an integral part of modern office properties.
