Robert C. Spies Gewerbe & Investment GmbH & Co. KG has successfully accompanied the change of ownership of an established retail location in Bremen-Woltmershausen. The benefit-burden transition will take place as planned in 2026.
Established retail location in a central location
The property from the 1970s has around 3,200 m² of rental space on a plot of approx. 8,400 m² and offers 120 car parking spaces. The tenant structure includes a Rewe full-range retailer with a beverage market, a dry cleaner and around 500 m² of office space. Thanks to the full lease, it is a long-established retail location with a stable earnings base.
Future-proof repositioning
The existing building offers excellent approaches for strategic repositioning. Rewe will further develop the location in ownership and thus align it sustainably for future local supply.
