The Radeberger Group, Germany’s largest brewery group, has completed the sale of a warehouse and logistics property in Bischofsheim (Mittelgewinn 1-5), which will be used as a logistics hub until the turn of the year 2025/26: The property with a site area of around 26,150 m² previously served the group of companies as a national pick-up ramp for the south of Germany. The buyer of the logistics site is Lang & Cie. Real Estate AG. Throughout the transaction process, Savills acted as part of an exclusive sell-side mandate. The purchase price was not disclosed.
“With the relocation of its national pick-up ramp to Nuremberg, the logistics site in Bischofsheim, Hesse, lost its strategic importance for the Radeberger Group. At the same time, the location in one of the most sought-after logistics regions in Germany shows great potential – both for portfolio holders and project developers. The sale to a project developer will further develop the area into a modern, attractive logistics area in the future,” says Sebastian Lindner, Head of Industrial Agency Germany at Savills.
