Colliers France announces the appointment of Norbert Pulin as Chief Executive Officer. Until then Director of the Project department since September 2021, he has led an in-depth transformation of this activity, positioning Colliers among the leading players in the development and support market for real estate projects.
In order to ensure the continuity of this dynamic, the management of the Project division is now entrusted to Maxime Gris, who succeeds Norbert Pulin.
In his new role, Norbert Pulin will be responsible for leading the implementation of Colliers’ 2030 strategic plan . He will support the continued growth of the Project, Business Development and Property Management activities, in close coordination with all operational departments.
In this context, Colliers France intends to accelerate its development in the Property Management and Project Management Assistance (AMO) businesses, based on a strategy combining organic growth and external growth. This dynamic aims to strengthen Colliers’ presence in high-potential segments, such as data centers, or the Hospitality and Retail sectors with the aim of diversifying the business portfolio and supporting customers across all strategic asset classes.
In a real estate market undergoing profound change, where agility, anticipation and coordination of expertise have become essential, Norbert Pulin will be committed to consolidating Colliers’ position with key accounts and strengthening internal synergies in order to sustainably increase the value provided to clients.

Biography of Norbert Pulin
Norbert Pulin has spent most of his career at CBRE, which he joined in 2007 as a Project Manager. He became Department Director in 2008, then in 2012 was appointed Managing Director of CBRE Workspace, an entity renamed CBRE Design & Project in 2017 following the merger with CBRE Equation. After fourteen years of experience within the group, he joined Colliers at the beginning of 2021 as Director of the Project department, where he leads a specialized team involved in the design, construction, development and enhancement of buildings and workspaces. He was then appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer in September 2023, marking a further step in the development of Colliers France’s consulting activities and in the structuring of Colliers France’s integrated offer. In 2026, he was appointed Managing Director of Colliers France, a move that reflects the progression of his responsibilities and his decisive contribution to the company’s development.
