Savills has hired Tina Haller as Head of Hotels Germany. Tina will be based in the company’s Munich office. She will help expand the service offer of Savills Germany and the company’s EMEA hotels team. Tina brings a wide-ranging experience of the German hotel market, having acted as both adviser and principal and enabling Savills to offer a comprehensive advisory service to its clients.
She has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. After studying tourism business administration, the trained hotel manager worked for JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group for over 13 years, most recently as National Director and Executive Vice President. In 2016, she moved to KPMG, where she built and led the hotel consulting team as Director in the Deal Advisory – Real Estate & Hospitality division. Since 2022, she has been Head of Asset Management at INKA Munich GmbH & Co. KG. At the same time, Haller was Managing Director of the real estate company of the Hotel Koenigshof in Munich.
Going forward, Savills will offer a wider range of services to clients in the German hotel sector, including advising buy-side and sell-side, M&A guidance, operator selection, and valuing single properties and portfolios.
