The global real estate service provider CBRE has brokered a new flagship store for the optical company Apollo at Mönckebergstraße 11 in Hamburg.
The opening on about 380 square meters of sales space will take place before Easter. Among other things, free eye tests, comprehensive hearing analyses, individual adjustments of glasses and personal consultations on contact lenses are offered. In addition, the established glasses rental model is also available.
With the new opening, the chain store from the EssilorLuxottica Group is strengthening its presence in northern Germany. Apollo is thus continuing its strategy of combining a comprehensive range of products and a wide range of products, modern technology and individual advice in central retail locations.
“Apollo’s new flagship store once again confirms the attractiveness of Mönckebergstraße as Hamburg’s most important high-street street. With the completion of various construction and conversion measures, a further increase in importance is to be expected,” says Philipp Hass, Head of Retail Leasing North at CBRE.
