JLL brokers sale in Baden-Württemberg for an Ares Immobilien fund
The international investor EQT has acquired two big-box logistics properties in Baden-Württemberg from an Ares Immobilien Fonds (Ares). The properties in Epfendorf with around 29,000 m² and in Geislingen an der Steige with around 21,000 m² are fully let and both are DGNB Gold certified.
The property, which was built in 2018 in Geislingen an der Steige, as well as the other property, which was completed a year later, are used by logistics companies.
The contracting parties agreed on confidentiality regarding the transaction volume for the two modern buildings with the highest third-party usability.
JLL advised the seller Ares and brokered the portfolio transaction.
