In 2026, the SZ Institute had ServiceValue identify companies with particularly loyal customers for the first time. For the study, around one million mentions of a total of 7,841 companies were scientifically evaluated on social media between December 1, 2023 and November 30, 2025, and the companies that have a particularly loyal customer base in times of increasingly low loyalty loyalty were identified. The criteria of customer satisfaction, service, quality and recommendation were evaluated.
The “Highest Corporate Customer Loyalty” award was awarded on the basis of the number of points achieved in the overall ranking. The best-placed company in the respective industry received 100 points and defined the benchmark. An award was given to all companies that are above the industry-specific point average.
A total of ten companies were awarded in the “Real Estate Agents” category. As the industry winner, Aengevelt achieved the maximum score of 100 points.
This high award is once again underpinned by the latest Aengevelt customer survey: At the beginning of 2026, for the 21st time in a row, an independent renowned market research institute asked customers for whom Aengevelt provided real estate services in the previous financial year 2025 to evaluate the service quality of the brokerage house Aengevelt, which is currently celebrating its 116th anniversary.
Analogous to the study by the SZ Institute, the results confirm Aengevelt’s emphasized customer orientation and particularly high customer loyalty as well as its sustainable professional core competencies:
- As in the previous year, 100% of the survey participants stated that they would “definitely” or “possibly” want to use Aengevelt again as a service provider.
- 100% of respondents would also recommend it to business associates or business partners (previous year: 99%).
- For the evaluation of its “competence in sales”, Aengevelt received the grades “1” or “2” for residential properties according to the school grading system by 95% of the survey participants according to the school grading system, and 96% (previous year: 92%) for office properties.
- With regard to “quality of advice and professional competence”, 96% of the survey participants gave the grades “1” and “2” (previous year: 97%), as well as for the “commitment” of employees (previous year: 97%). In terms of “seriousness”, it was as well as 97% (previous year: 100%) and a stable 98% in terms of “accessibility”.
