Quadoro Investment GmbH and EB – Sustainable Investment Management GmbH (EB-SIM) have successfully completed the commissioning of the Iserlohn wind farm in North Rhine-Westphalia. With Iserlohn, the Quadoro Renewable Energy Europe Fund (QEEE) is commissioning its first wind farm and expanding its electricity generation to include wind energy.

The wind farm was purchased by Quadoro and EB-SIM for the QEEE in December 2025. It comprises two Vestas V150 turbines with a total output of 12 megawatts. Commissioning took place as planned in February 2026. With an expected net annual production of around 34,800 megawatt hours (MWh), the site will contribute to the regional energy supply in the future and enable the avoidance of around 12,500 tonnes of CO₂ per year.

Tobias Reber, Head of Portfolio Management Renewable Energies at Quadoro, explains: “With the commissioning of the Iserlohn wind farm, we are expanding the technological basis of QEEE and creating a more balanced structure for energy generation. This complementary approach ensures a more consistent and stable overall power generation in the portfolio.”

Ralph Walenbergh, Lead Investment Manager Real Assets at EB-SIM, emphasizes the portfolio effect: “Iserlohn fits very well into the fund’s growth and diversification course. The site has solid earnings figures.”

The wind farm was developed by ENERTRAG SE and handed over to Quadoro and EB-SIM as asset manager in February.

Quadoro and EB-SIM are already working on further projects to continue the expansion of the QEEE in a targeted manner.
