Robert C. Spies Industrial Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG has successfully accompanied the lease and revitalization of a former tennis hall at Edisonstraße 30 in Sottrum. The approximately 2,000 m² area, which was used as a warehouse in the meantime, is now operated by Five Padels Sottrum GmbH as a modern sports facility under the name “P3 PADEL CLUB – ROTENBURG”.
The landlord of the hall is ParkObjekt Grüne Immobilien GmbH, a company of Lifepark AG. The holistic planning and implementation of the conversion – from approval planning to architectural redesign to the development of a tailor-made fire protection concept – was carried out by the Bremen-based architectural firm Plangrad.
The facility offers a high-quality infrastructure with four double and two single courts as well as modern changing rooms and sanitary areas. The ceremonial opening of the site took place on January 30, 2026.
