Covivio has handed over around 1,255 square metres of office space to the City of Hamburg in the Quartier am Zeughaus at Christoph-Probst-Weg 4 in Hamburg-Eppendorf. The space is located on the ground floor and 1st floor of a new building from 2005 and is now being used by the customer centres in Hamburg’s North and Eimsbüttel districts. Citizens of the two districts can register and change registrations as well as issue and renew identity cards or passports in the 6-storey office building, among other things.
As part of a comprehensive interior fit-out, the office space was designed entirely according to the tenant’s requirements. The result is bright, modern workspaces with a new room layout, which enable the city of Hamburg to use it efficiently, service-oriented and offer citizens short distances and a pleasant, barrier-free environment. GrayCap Asset Management acted as an intermediary in the leasing, DGEGO Architecture & Design accompanied the interior design of the space as a partner.

The Quartier am Zeughaus has a total lettable area of around 41,700 m² and unites tenants from different industries under one roof. The office complex consists of a historic brick building from the 1920s and a new building from 2005. The properties are located only a few hundred meters from the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf and offer very good connections to Hamburg’s city center and the airport. The Frickestraße underground station is in the immediate vicinity, and several bus lines run directly to Hamburg city centre.
Currently, individual flexible office spaces are still available in the Quartier am Zeughaus and can be rented on request.
