Colliers is pleased to announce today that Marq Logistics, a global leader in the development and operation of modern logistics facilities, formerly GLP Europe, has leased the last available square meters at the Schifferstadt site to the V&V Dabelstein Group, based in nearby Kronau. With the lease of approx. 27,000 square metres, the property is now fully let.
The V&V Dabelstein Group will operate the space with its logistics division V&V LOGISTICS for a long-standing customer as part of an expansion of the cooperation. This agreement underlines the positive leasing momentum of modern logistics properties in the Rhine-Neckar region.
