The IC Immobilien Group is further expanding its cooperation with its institutional partner Gold Tree in a targeted manner. After IC Immobilien Gruppe had already taken on an initial property management mandate for Gold Tree at the end of 2024, the full-service provider will be assigned three further mandates as of 1 April 2026.
The portfolio consists of three properties in Mainz, Stuttgart and Berlin with a total lettable area of 103,730 square metres. The IC Immobilien Group will be responsible for commercial, technical and accounting property management.
