Goldbeck Property Services, part of the construction and services company Goldbeck, which operates throughout Europe, has been awarded another contract in Austria: the company is responsible for the commercial and technical property management of the approximately 17,700 square metre CITYGATE shopping centre in Vienna for Wealthcore Investment Management. The property is located at Wagramer Straße 195 in the 21st district and has more than 50 shops.
The contract stipulates the first cooperation between the two partners. The services include holistic technical property management, commercial management as well as tenant communication and property accounting for the owner. Goldbeck Property Services will thus play a central role in maintaining the value and further development of the property.
