the international real estate investor Cain and the global real estate developer Trammell Crow Company have commissioned Savills with the property and facility management for a new logistics building in Hüttenstraße in Kerpen that is currently being completed as of 1 March 2026. In total, the property, which was developed according to current user requirements and high sustainability standards, has a total area of 28,180 m², spread over two buildings. Of this, 23,258 m² will be modern warehouse and logistics space, while around 1,730 m² will be office space and a further 1,700 m² will be mezzanine floor storage space.
