Robert C. Spies Gewerbe und Investment GmbH & Co. KG has successfully advised on the leasing of a total of 1,650 m² of office space in the Humboldt Campus in Hamburg-Barmbek for a major bank. The new tenant is a public sector player. BNP Paribas Real Estate Investor & Asset Advisory acted as advisor to the landlord.
The large area is expected to be ready for occupancy at the beginning of 2027. The lease was concluded with a long-term fixed term.
“Well-positioned sub-markets such as Hamburg-Barmbek continue to hold their own in the market and are rightly among the most sought-after office locations in the city. The decisive factors for this are the high quality of the properties, the very good infrastructure and a balanced price-performance ratio,” says Gordon Beracz, Head of Office Space Leasing at Robert C. Spies in Hamburg.
