corealis Commercial Real Estate GmbH has successfully brokered the lease of new office space for MainTech Europe GmbH. In the future, the company will further develop its Düsseldorf location in Tersteegenstraße in the Golzheim district and has signed a long-term lease agreement for this purpose. The owner of the office space is an open-ended real estate fund.
The leased space comprises around 374 square metres of office space and the handover of the space is scheduled for the third quarter of 2026.

With the new location, MainTech Europe is creating the conditions for further growth at the Düsseldorf location and at the same time strengthening its presence in the European market. The sustainable orientation of the lease complements MainTech’s corporate philosophy, which is geared towards resource-saving solutions for the paper industry.
