– CA Immo starts leasing the Skygreen at Halleschen Ufer 74–76 in Berlin. Directly on the Landwehrkanal and just a stone’s throw from Potsdamer Platz, a modern, sustainable office building in timber hybrid construction with around 18,400 m² of rental space is being built. Together with the directly adjacent Grasblau office building, the Skygreen will form an urban office campus on Hallesches Ufer in the future. On the ground floor, restaurants, retail, fitness and conference areas are planned, among other things. The offer is complemented by a spacious community space, green decks with attractive indoor and outdoor areas and a communal roof terrace. This creates a working environment that naturally combines office, encounter, service and relaxation.
A special element of the building concept are the greendecks. The strategic focus on sustainability is also underlined by the provision of around 260 bicycle parking spaces in an internal bicycle garage. In addition, there will also be shower facilities for all office tenants in the immediate vicinity of the bicycle garage.
