New bank branch opens at Breite Straße 137-139
HypoVereinsbank has rented an area of around 700 m² in Cologne’s pedestrian zone. The property has the address Breite Straße 137-139 and has a total of around 2,550 m² of usable space. The space rented by HypoVereinsbank is divided into 170 m² of retail space and 520 m² of office space. While the office space has already been occupied, renovation work is still underway on the shop space. The building is owned by DEVK Versicherungen, and other tenants include Rossmann and Triumph. JLL advised the tenant and the owner and brokered the closing.
