FOX Real Estate has rented the ground floor of the Kiel office building at Zur Helling 4 to a service company.
“This is another important leasing success for the location. The sustained demand confirms the attractiveness of the property and its location,” says Franziska Lorenz, Senior Project Developer at FOX Real Estate.
The modern multi-tenant property was built in 2010 and comprises a total of around 5,729 square metres of office space. The location in the street Zur Helling 4 is located in the immediate waterfront location on the Kieler Hörn and is characterized by its good accessibility as well as its proximity to Kiel city center and the main train station.
Last year, Förde Sparkasse was already won as a tenant for around 1,400 square metres of office space in the property. Due to the current conclusion of the contract, only a few or smaller spaces are now available in the property.
