Beyond Capital Partners Fund III, advised by Beyond Capital Partners GmbH (“BCP”), has acquired a stake in Frankfurt-based Feldhoff & Cie. Holding GmbH (“FCI”). The closing was completed in July 2026.
Feldhoff & Cie. is the leading communications consulting group for the real estate industry in the DACH region and specialises in the Consulting, Communications and Event & Congress Management divisions. The company, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, is represented throughout Germany with locations in Munich, Düsseldorf and Berlin. Since its founding in 2003 by Paul Jörg Feldhoff, the company has developed into one of the most renowned consulting firms in the industry and today employs a total of around 90 people. With a unique network of decision-makers from the real estate industry and politics, FCI offers holistic communication and consulting services. The Group’s service portfolio is complemented by the executive search boutique Leaderslead Advisory and the consultancy Hendricks & Schwartz, which specialises in acceptance communication for real estate and infrastructure projects. Together, they form an integrated 360-degree approach to customers.
In addition to capital and M&A know-how, Beyond Capital Partners will bring experience in the areas of growth acceleration and value-adding operational improvements to the Group. Together, the two partners are pursuing the goal of further expanding Feldhoff & Cie.’s position as the leading specialized consulting platform for the real estate industry in German-speaking countries. The existing management team will remain on board and will continue the successful development of the group of companies together with BCP. Paul Jörg Feldhoff will remain a shareholder and will continue to lead the group.
