BNP Paribas Real Estate advised the buyer on the acquisition of a commercial property of around 55,000 m² in Gemmingen (Heilbronn district). The seller of the commercial property is Andritz Schuler Pressen GmbH, which was advised by Fachpartner Gewerbe-Immobilien GmbH. The construction of an e-commerce parcel distribution centre with an attached multi-storey car park is planned on the property. The municipal council of the municipality of Gemmingen has already unanimously approved the project. The planned project development is expected to create up to 150 new jobs. In the future, the distribution centre will be used as a regional transshipment location and will be used to distribute parcels in the regional delivery area. The existing buildings will be dismantled as part of the project development.
