JLL brokers fully let ensemble with almost 18,000 m² of usable space
The Weimar-based Saller Group has acquired a retail park at Kerpener Strasse 150/152 in Kerpen-Sindorf, west of Cologne. The seller is an institutional investor. Built in 1994, the property has almost 18,000 m² of rental space on a plot of around 27,000 m² and is fully let. Anchor tenants of the retail park are Modepark Röther, Nike, C&A, Adler and the drugstore chain Müller. Saller is thus expanding its portfolio in North Rhine-Westphalia to 21 properties.
JLL advised the seller and brokered the transaction.
