The name is: “Auf 265° Domblick”. Under this name, the Robert C. Spies Group will start the official sale of the interesting new building project in Kohlhökerstraße in Bremen on August 15. The residential quarter, developed by Hamburg-based project developer evoreal , is being built on the former Bundesbank site in Kohlhökerstraße. Robert C. Spies is exclusively mandated with the marketing of a total of 54 condominiums.
The name is given to the unobstructed view of St. Peter’s Cathedral, which can be experienced in particular from the upper floors of the eleven-storey building. The name “Auf 265° Domblick” is derived from the navigation of shipping, fitting the Hanseatic city. The project combines urban living with an exceptionally green environment – in the immediate vicinity of the Schnoor, the ramparts, the old town and the Weser.
The first marketing phase comprises 54 condominiums with living areas between around 38 and 148 m². The offer ranges from compact apartments for investors and owner-occupiers to spacious family and penthouse apartments. The purchase prices start at 270,000 euros and range up to approx. 1.7 million euros.
New future for the Bundesbank site
With the project “On 265° Cathedral View”, the former Bundesbank site is getting a new future. In the immediate vicinity of the Schnoor, the ramparts, Bremen’s old town and the Weser, a modern residential quarter is being created that combines urban quality of life with generous green and open spaces. The entire quarter comprises privately financed and publicly subsidised housing with a gross floor area of approx. 15,000 m² in apartments with one to five rooms. The ensemble is complemented by 158 underground parking spaces as well as a park-like outdoor area with old trees and bee-friendly planting, which creates a green oasis of peace in the middle of the city. “With “Auf 265° Domblick”, we are developing a residential quarter on a site steeped in history that picks up on the qualities of the location and at the same time sets new standards for modern living in Bremen. The architecture by Schenk Fleischhaker Architekten convinces with a clear design language and timeless elegance. Bright floor plans, floor-to-ceiling windows, parquet flooring, underfloor heating, floor-level showers and spacious balconies, terraces and roof terraces create a high-quality living environment. The central location also allows short distances to gastronomy, culture and local amenities.
High energy standard
The residential quarter also meets high requirements in terms of energy. The building will be constructed to the KfW 55 standard. Photovoltaic systems on the roof surfaces support electricity generation, and the infrastructure for e-mobility is also being prepared. “In this way, the project combines a high quality of living with a resource-saving and future-oriented construction method,” reports Khaled Hadidi.
The official start of marketing will take place on August 15, 2026.
