The real estate investor CONREN Land has signed another lease agreement for the office property at Mainzer Landstraße 61 (ML61) in Frankfurt’s banking district. Urban Science International GmbH will move into around 379 m² of office space in the first quarter of 2027.
The consulting and software company for the automotive industry, which specialises in data-based market, sales and network analyses, is thus relocating its previous Frankfurt headquarters from Theodor-Stern-Kai in Sachsenhausen to the city centre. At the new location, the company benefits from its central location, very good transport connections and high-quality, modern and flexibly usable office space
The seven-storey “ML61” has a total of around 5,400 m² of flexibly divisible office space and enables both classic and modern, individually configurable usage concepts. The building, which was built between 1992 and 1995, was extensively modernised in 2022. A newly designed, representative entrance area and the striking architecture characterise the appearance of the property.
With the lease, CONREN Land is continuing the positive development of Mainzer Landstraße 61. Within the past twelve months, the occupancy rate has increased to around 95%. This means that the property is almost fully let.
