The investment experts at Aigner Immobilien GmbH have successfully brokered a medical centre with around 2,050 square metres of lettable space to a portfolio holder on an exclusive basis. The property, built in 2008, is located on a 2,000 square metre plot in the west of Munich, near the Nymphenburg Palace Park.
The seller was a project company. The parties have agreed not to disclose the exact location and the purchase price achieved.
