As a partner of HUK-COBURG, ABG Real Estate Group has taken over the refurbishment of an existing property in a central location in Munich. The project comprises around 10,000 square metres of rental space spread over commercial and office space. As part of the project, the building will be comprehensively modernised, repositioned and set up for future commercial use.
The project will be implemented in several stages. In the course of the realignment of the property, in addition to technical and design measures, for example in the building technology and the façade, further structural adjustments will be examined and prepared in order to reposition the property structurally and functionally. The project will be implemented in compliance with the highest sustainability standards. The aim is to achieve high-quality certification, the specific label of which is currently still being defined.
In addition, the prerequisites for a possible expanded tenant mix will be created. For example, there may be additional uses from the areas of service, gastronomy and/or retail on the ground floor.
