REALOGIS Immobilien Frankfurt GmbH (REALOGIS), part of the REALOGIS Group, Germany’s leading consulting firm for industrial and logistics real estate as well as commercial properties, has leased a hall and office space in Weiterstadt near Darmstadt. De Haas Road Cargo is relocating its current location from Hochheim am Main to Weiterstadt. To this end, the logistics company, which specialises in the transport of flowers and plants, has leased around 4,250 m² of hall and office space at Gutenbergstraße 19–21. The property is owned by P3 Logistic Parks.
At the new location, De Haas Road Cargo has around 3,340 m² of hall space and around 910 m² of office space at its disposal. The decisive factors for the lease were the short-term availability of the space and the total of eight ramp gates. The property thus offers optimal conditions for efficient delivery and collection of goods as well as for the logistical processes of the new tenant. With the new location, De Haas Road Cargo is expanding its logistics capacities and at the same time creating the conditions for the further development of its transport traffic, especially towards southern Germany and Austria. The property, which was built in 2008, has a total of around 11,350 m² of hall space and around 2,650 m² of office space.
The site is located in the Weiterstadt-Riedbahn industrial park, around six kilometres northwest of Darmstadt. There is a very good connection to the national motorway network via the nearby A5 motorway and the B42 federal road with a connection to the A67. Frankfurt Airport is around 24 kilometres away.
