The Munich office building “Altezza” is gaining a new tenant: A social security institution operating nationwide has signed a long-term lease agreement for around 4,800 square meters of office space. Colliers’ Landlord Representation department advised the owners during the leasing process. Occupancy of the new space in the Schwanthalerhöhe district is planned for February 1, 2028.
The “Altezza” at Barthstraße 2–10 comprises around 25,000 square metres of rental space and offers modern office space with flexible floor plans and high-quality furnishing standards. Different company sizes and industries characterise the heterogeneous tenant structure. From 2027, the range of locations will be supplemented by a restaurant with a barista bar and a fitness offer. The building is certified “Very Good” with BREEAM.
Caroline Strell, Director Landlord Representation at Colliers in Munich, says: “The ‘Altezza’ combines sustainable building standards with flexible space concepts and excellent accessibility. As part of our landlord representation, we provided the owner with holistic support from the positioning of the property to intensive marketing and the successful conclusion of the lease. For the new tenant, the opportunity to create flexible and future-oriented working environments was particularly decisive.”
