Robert C. Spies Industrial Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG, together with Colliers International Hamburg GmbH, has brokered a commercial space in the Delmenhorst industrial campus to an international logistics service provider. The lease is carried out by Lagerhome Germany PropCo 2 S.à r.l.
The commercial campus at Annenheider Straße 241, which will be completed in 2024, offers a total of around 34,000 m² of flexibly usable rental space. The property is characterised by its high sustainability standards and good connections to the A28 motorway and the Bremen/Oldenburg economic area. The brokered commercial unit comprises around 1,113 m² of hall space and around 234 m² of office space. The lease was concluded on a long-term basis over five years. The lease began on 1 August 2026.
