Logicor has leased two properties with a total of around 28,000 m² of logistics space in Nieder-Olm and Langenfeld to an international transport and logistics company. Both properties are thus fully let.
The Am Giener 2 logistics property in Nieder-Olm comprises around 15,900 m² of hall space, 1,200 m² of office space and approx. 400 m² of social space. The property at Poensgenstraße 25 in Langenfeld has approx. 9,800 m² of hall space, an additional 600 m² of office space and 1,150 m² of mezzanine and social space. The property is a modern new building that is striving for DGNB Gold certification and pursues a holistic sustainability approach in development.

Nieder-Olm is located in the economically strong Rhine-Main region with direct access to the A63 and A60 motorways and enables quick access to Mainz, Wiesbaden and Frankfurt am Main. The Langenfeld location benefits from its location between Düsseldorf and Cologne as well as from good connections to the A1, A3, A46 and A59 motorways and thus to the entire Rhine-Ruhr region.
