Anke Bogansky will become Managing Director Finance and HR. Martin Gotschewski will take over Operations and Technology. PRIMESTAR relies on its own talents for promotions
The PRIMESTAR Group is expanding its Executive Leadership Team. Under the motto “Progress = Change”, the Group is filling two positions in the management board, realigning the Operations department and promoting several executives from its own ranks. With the expanded management structure, the company is positioning itself for the further expansion of its portfolio in Germany, Austria and Poland.
Anke Bogansky becomes Managing Director Finance and HR
Anke Bogansky will be appointed Managing Director Finance and HR as of October 1, 2026, and will thus be responsible for the Group’s finance and human resources function. In recent months, as CFO, she has been instrumental in driving the development of the PRIMESTAR Group’s AI-supported reporting and will consistently continue on this path in her new role.
Björn Wilkens takes over Development and Asset Management
Björn Wilkens will join the Group as Managing Director Development and Asset Management on 1 November 2026. He is moving from real estate developer BECKEN to the PRIMESTAR Group. In his new role, Wilkens will be responsible for the development and completion of new projects. The focus is on the further expansion of the portfolio in Poland and the expansion of the June brand.
Operations and technology under one leadership
Martin Gotschewski, who has been working for PRIMESTAR since 2023, will be appointed authorized signatory and Head of Operations on October 1, 2026 and will assume overall responsibility for the Operations and Technology divisions.
Commercial with a clear focus on ADR growth
Ronald Giese will remain with the Group as Managing Director Commercial and will continue to support all areas with a focus on ADR growth
