In the Cologne district of Nippes, the new music concept UrbanMusix has opened. At Geldernstraße 35-37, the provider rents a total of 1,400 m², including 1,100 m² in an office building and around 300 m² in an associated residential building. UrbanMusix sublets soundproofed booths and rooms as well as musical instruments and technology to creatives on an hourly and daily basis, who can use them for rehearsals, audio and video recordings or streaming, for example. In addition, additional common and kitchen areas are available.
The owner of the four-storey building is a private investor. JLL advised the tenant and the owner and brokered the rental.
