JLL advises users and brokers deal for 1,540 m² of office space
The management and technology consultancy BearingPoint is relocating its Düsseldorf office from Karl-Arnold-Platz 1 to the directly adjacent Benningsen-Platz 1 in the Kennedydamm submarket. The company has leased around 1,540 m² of office space there in property B1, which it plans to move into in June 2026. Built in 1972 and renovated in 2009, B1 has 19,500 m², is 96 per cent let and DGNB Gold certified. The owner, Ben 1 GmbH, is represented by Conren Land Management GmbH. JLL advised the user BearingPoint and brokered the lease.
Last December, JLL had already advised a major international bank on the lease of 1,500 m² in the property and brokered the closing.
