The real estate investor CONREN Land has achieved another leasing success in the Vaihingen synergy park: Lyreco Deutschlang GmbH, market leader in the field of office and workplace solutions, has rented an office space of 672 m² in HORIZONT I, Am Wallgraben 129.
Together with two further contracts signed in the current year, the letting performance for this year already adds up to over 1,500 m². This confirms the positive development of demand in the sub-market, in which HORIZONT I is successfully positioned.
HORIZONT I was built in 1993 and extensively modernized in 2021. Its total lettable area of 6,735 m² extends over seven floors. The office property is currently in the certification process according to the DGNB Gold Standard. In the course of the modernisation, the lobby was redesigned, a photovoltaic system was installed and the infrastructure for e-mobility was expanded with charging points – measures that make the property sustainable and future-proof.
In addition, a turnkey and furnished “Ready Office” concept is planned on the 1st floor. This enables short-term and flexible rentals – for start-ups or project-related teams, for example.
The building impresses not least with its excellent transport connections within the Synergiepark: The “Lapp Kabel” underground station is right on the doorstep, and the Stuttgart-Vaihingen regional train station can be reached on foot in around ten minutes.
