Grant Thornton moves into 1,820 m² in Stuttgart’s “Degerloch Office Center”

JLL advised the auditing and consulting firm and brokered the financial statements

Grant Thornton AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft has moved within Stuttgart. To this end, the company is renting 1,820 m² in the “Degerloch Office Center” (DOC-I and DOC-II) at Löffelstraße 40 and has thus significantly increased its office space. The new branch in “DOC-I” was moved into in July 2025. JLL advised the tenant and brokered the deal.

The Degerloch Office Center has been part of the portfolio of Union Investment’s open-ended real estate fund “UniImmo: Deutschland” since 2023. The DOC was developed by the UNMÜSSIG Group, which is also responsible for leasing on behalf of Union Investment. The multi-tenant building DOC-I comprises 24,290 m² of rental space, of which further units are being marketed. Originally built by Siemens-Nixdorf in 1989, the building was completely renovated in accordance with the requirements of the DGNB Gold Standard between 2021 and 2023 and is expected to be certified shortly.

“We have been on site for our customers at the Stuttgart location for over 50 years. With our move to the Degerloch Office Center, we are setting the course for further qualitative growth. In addition, as an attractive employer, we offer our employees the best conditions for good, joint, cross-team and interdisciplinary work at the new location,” says Gernot Hämmerle, Partner and Stuttgart Office Manager at Grant Thornton in Germany.
